Regional Security Consulting STL (RSC) is looking for qualified Event Staff for the Cardinals Season to join our team at Ballpark Village - St. Louis. Employees for this position will be assigned to one or more of the entrances of several venues on property.

Responsibilities:

● Greeting patrons and performing screening with both a Magnetometer and hand-held metal detector

● Monitoring venue and perimeters for safety concerns

● Assessing customer aggression or intoxication and determining best courses of action when needed as per company policy

Experience:

• Prior experience in security screening a plus
• Customer Service
• Dealing with conflicts/ resolutions
• CPR & First Aid Certification a plus
• Be able to obtain a St. Louis County/Metro Security Officers License
• Be able to pass a background check
• Must be 18 years of age or olde

Work Location: In person

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
