You will need a strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency management.

40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
• Train and supervise security officers and event staff.
• Attend meetings with clients to determine operational needs.
• Plan and coordinate security operations for special events.
• Respond to emergencies and alarms.
• Write daily activity reports.
• Investigate incidents and assist local law enforcement.
• Recruitment, hiring, & retention.
• Leading the team in incident management and conflict resolution.
• Completing effective health & safety assessments, risk assessments and site evaluations.
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience in field of security, first responder (Police/EMS/Fire), or military with additional customer service experience.
• Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g., CCTV, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Alarm Control Panels.)
• Experience in report writing and emergency response.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed and reliable.
• Ability to adapt and overcome ever changing company and client needs, developments, and landscape.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking during daily operations and special events
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
• Ability to traverse to various areas of the facility to conduct inspections / security procedures.
• 21 years old & able to obtain Security License.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
