We are looking for a Program Officer to join our growing company!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team in the early stages of a newly awarded 5-year task order with multiple opportunities for upward advancement supporting EW&C. The EW&C program delivers critical capabilities to counter current and future threats, enabling the next generation of warfighting capabilities from sensor to Soldier worldwide. By applying game changing cyber technologies through agile development methodology, we enable battlefield dominance for our Warfighters. 

Requirements

Summary of Responsibilities: 

· Serves as SETA support for Product Lead Strategic Spectrum Warfare (PL SSW) for the TLS EAB Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA) Rapid Prototyping. 

· Performs continuous management and review of cost, schedule, performance, and supportability through the acquisition life cycle from research, development, production, fielding, and sustainment. 

· Performs duties as an Assistant Product Manager without executing any “inherently government duties.”

· Coordinate and develop procedures relating to financial management, acquisition, implementation, distribution, and logistical support for hardware, software, supplies, and services required by projects.

· Plan, conduct, and/or direct highly complex reviews and initiate reports which are provided to higher headquarters and other commands with recommendations on best courses of action.

· Analyzes and evaluates project development, progress, and performance. Supports periodic reviews with appropriate representatives to: determine status of overall project and major milestones; ensure coordination for orderly phasing of all actions and detect potential slippages in advance; identify potential increases in cost; and ascertain appropriate action required to maintain or improve project schedules. Reviews and monitors all critical project documents.

· Plans, organizes, and evaluates work of participating members and organizations that have relationships to the project. Applies a broad knowledge of program management to accomplish the management and administration of assigned projects.

· Conduct stakeholder engagements at various levels.

· Reviews program documentation and makes decisions concerning long-range plans, policies and schedules to improve the programmatic and technical effectiveness of the management team.

· Conceives new approaches to various near term and long-range projects and presents to the PL SSW leadership for approval. Advises the PL SSW and project management staff concerning program and financial management, engineering development, and logistics support of assigned projects.

· Provides guidance to activities supporting the project to ensure proper balance consistent with requirements and available resources.

· Submits suggestions for new opportunities and reports user/customer problems or opportunities to PL SSW leadership.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements: 

· TS/SCI preferred. Can start work with Secret clearance, but will need to get TS/SCI 

· B.A. or B.S. in any discipline 

· 10 years of experience in acquisition program management 

· Recent program/product manager assignments supporting delivery of program of record or QRC systems. 

· Expert Knowledge of Program Management (PMP or DAWIA Level 3) and the full range of program management principles and practices to include budgeting, planning, staffing, funding, and managing resources for matrix, support contractor and external PMs. 

· Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with excellent chartsmanship skills. 

· Excellent interpersonal skills, proven verbal and written communications, and the ability to work on multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 

· Ability to self-start and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision. 

· Excellent organizational, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills. 

· Minimum of 20% travel required to Army and contractor locations within CONUS. 

Desired Requirements:

· Knowledge of intelligence and electronic warfare technologies.
