Position : Lumber Grader

Location : Kalama, WA

Job Description :

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Lumber Grader to join our team. The Lumber Grader will be responsible for evaluating lumber to ensure it meets our stringent quality standards and specifications.

This role is critical to maintaining the high level of quality our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inspect and grade lumber according to industry standards and company specifications.
• Identify and mark defects, such as knots, splits, and wane.
• Maintain accurate records of graded lumber.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Lumber Grader or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Knowledge of lumber grades and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

About RSG Forest Products :
