Job Title: Waste Broker
Pay Range: Starting at $80,000
Responsibilities typically include:

1. Support client in meetings with stakeholders and waste transport and disposal (T&D) contractors.
2. Be based locally, as needed, to the site and have the ability to be onsite during waste management activities.
3. Interface with waste management and T&D contractors to plan proper T&D communications, operations, and documentation.
4. Create a waste management plan for site specific work.
5. Field implementation and compliance with implementing procedures.
6. Compliance with applicable Environmental, Health and Safety, Operations, Quality Assurance, Radiation Protection and Control, and Information Technology plans, procedures, training, and requirements.
7. Complete and maintain the necessary documentation for proper management and T&D of the waste.
8. Prepare Work Packages for waste management, transport, and disposal.
9. Prepare tracking reports, forecasts, and shipment schedules for the waste.
10. Prepare all applicable transportation documents for waste shipments.
11. Prepare and provide a weekly and monthly status summary on waste management and T&D activities.
12. Support the waste technicians, project manager and site personnel in effective and timely management and processing of the project waste.
13. Work directly with disposal facility for proper documentation and waste profile.
14. Analyze radiological, environmental, and chemical for proper waste disposal.
