The Ridge Foothill is offering a $250 sign-on bonus to certified nursing assistants / CNA / caregivers who come join our Care Team! We have full-time, part-time 6am-2pm and 2pm – 10pm positions available in our Memory Support Neighborhood.

Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver at The Ridge Foothill –

• Provide resident-centered personal care.
• Assist residents in transferring, repositioning and walking.
• Deliver a positive dining experience.
• Document resident care and behavior.

Qualification for a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver at The Ridge Foothill –

• Possess a valid CNA certification.
• Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with 5-star customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to come to work when scheduled and on time.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

The $250 sign-on bonus is for certified nursing assistants that apply and are hired during the month of May 2024. The sign-on bonus will be paid out once the team member has reached 90 days of employment.
