Human Resources, Recruiter Job Responsibilities. Reviews and offers revisions to job descriptions. Completes posting of all open positions. Sources candidates using various methods including cold-calling. Manages the interview workflow. Complies with federal and state hiring regulations. Pre-qualifies applicants in various hiring stages. Engages candidates, communicates and maintains contact through the hiring process. Collaborates with hiring manager to align candidate and expectations. Builds talent pipeline. Negotiates salary. Identifies and communicates terms and conditions of employment. Acclimates new hire to the Company. Provides a seamless and welcoming on-boarding experience with all new hires. Initiates and tracks all new hire documentation in accordance with department’s procedures. Initiates background checks, reviews results, may schedule applicant for certain testing, and finalizes process. Establishes new hire’s electronic personnel file. Communicates new hire to appropriate departments for a successful setup. Maintains the integrity of the applicant tracking system and internal checklists. May assist with creation and implementation of work environment and culture events that reinforces company’s mission and values. May conduct, assist or track employee engagement surveys. May participant in job fairs. Concludes with follow up to all new hires within the first two weeks of employment inception. Completes the on-boarding process for all rehires. First point of contact for HR related functions for assigned personnel. Compiles and submits annual job market analysis. Maintains team’s in-box.d Proficiencies. Degree with three years’ experience in Recruiting and/or Human Resources or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have impeccable organizational skills, proficiency in MS office skills and the willingness to expand HR knowledge. Compensation. This position's office is located in Toms River and the minimum starting salary is $56,750, depending on experience. About Us.
