Pay rate: $47 - $62/hr, DOE

Responsibilities:

• The Supply Chain Manager shall dialog regularly about the progress of the relationship, forecasted volumes, warehouse process requirements, and is responsible to coordinate the team and committee
  meetings where required.
• Aimed at a highly experienced Warehousing / Supply Chain professional looking to utilize their existing knowledge and skills in the strategic development and day to day running of a dynamic GMP warehouse,
  incorporating a 3PL service operation.
• Must facilitate, develop and maintain strong working relationships with both external stakeholders (Client) and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned with operational requirements whilst maintaining quality, efficiency and HSE goals and objectives.
• Continuous improvement opportunities must be sought together with Client counterpart.
• Responsible for the coordination management, development and performance monitoring of the Logistics Services with Client (Inbound, Storage, Shipping).
• Ensuring adequate warehouse processes and facilities in place to manage the agreed Service orders.
• Responsible to ensure that the contractual agreed storage capacity is available, provides monthly reports on space utilization (%) and escalates accordingly whenever Client either:
• Reaches 80% capacity utilization to drive mitigation actions.
• Client requires additional storage capacity than contractually agreed.
• Ensures that KPIs are achieved as set out in service agreement.
• Ensures proper waste management systems in place and that goods waste is disposed according to Client instructions which are to be provided in a timely
• Oversees stock reconciliation, and where the parties use different systems, a process to reconcile the two systems shall be agreed and adopted with Client.

Requirements:

• Managing a GMP warehouse Level
• Advanced - 5-10 years of experience
• Excellent SAP knowledge.
• WMS knowledge.
• Advanced level in MS programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook).
• Budgetary experience.
• 3PL warehouse operating experience
• Team coaching experience.
• Change management experience.
• Project management experience.
