RTA Core has developed a business model that is "appealing" to both large and small clients. We have developed a business plan with tremendous proven success and are quickly expanding throughout our industry.
RTA Core is a marketing firm representing international clients looking to expand their consumer base of their products and services. At this time, we have a number of new clients wishing for us to represent them, but not enough sales people to service these campaigns. What we are looking for are talented individuals, that are coachable and quick learners, who we can cross-train in all aspects of business and marketing, to transition them into an account manager position.
The beauty of our management style, and what sets us apart from the rest, is that we will never ask anyone to do what we haven't already done before. We start all candidates at the ENTRY LEVEL , so they know how to do every facet of our business. This allows our account managers to problem solve different situations, and often times, develop new marketing strategies because they understand the product and client's needs.
