Key Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and operation of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Plan and schedule mechanical work to align with project timelines and milestones
- Supervise and coordinate activities of mechanical subcontractors and site workers
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
- Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and present progress reports, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Ensure all mechanical work meets quality standards and project requirements
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies to create a safe working environment
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, and relevant regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
