Job Summary: Are you a wizard in the lab who can mix the right elements to create explosive results? As our Pre-Sales Project Coordinator, you’ll be the scientist in our sales laboratory, blending technical expertise with organizational genius to produce stellar proposals and presentations. Your goal: to support our sales team in creating winning formulas that dazzle our clients and showcase our cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Formulation:
    • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare high-quality pre-sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
    • Schedule and coordinate pre-sales experiments (meetings, demos, and presentations) to ensure our solutions make a lasting impression.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Be a point of contact for potential clients, providing them with the necessary elements to understand our services and solutions.
    • Ensure all client interactions are smooth and effective, like a well-controlled experiment.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Help support the entire proposal development process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements and our high standards.
    • Review and edit proposals to ensure they are accurate and compelling.
  • Technical Documentation:
    • Work with technical teams to gather essential data and create detailed documentation that supports our sales efforts.
    • Ensure all technical content is precise and aligns with client needs.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Provide the sales team with the necessary reagents (resources, tools, and information) to effectively present our solutions.
    • Maintain and update a library of sales and marketing materials for easy access.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct thorough research to identify potential opportunities and understand market trends.
    • Analyze the competitive landscape to support our strategic planning.
  • CRM & Data Management:
    • Keep our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated with accurate and timely information.
    • Generate insightful reports from CRM data to support our sales strategies.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing experiments (events, webinars) to boost client engagement and brand visibility.
    • Ensure all events run smoothly, leaving a lasting impact on our clients.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, technical, and project management teams to ensure a unified approach to sales and client engagement.
    • Facilitate cross-functional communication to enhance our pre-sales efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A passion for science or a lab coat is a bonus!
  • 2 years of experience in a pre-sales, project coordination, or sales support role within the IT consulting or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with proposal management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
