RTW Management is Hiring a Shuttle Bus Driver Near Alcoa, TN

RTW Management is currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Shuttle Bus Drivers to join our team for a dedicated service at McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, TN.

We currently have 2 shifts available:

  • Fri - Tue 11 AM - 7 PM
  • Fri - Tue 7 PM - 3 AM

On-call opportunities are also available. Please ask the recruiter for more information.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a shuttle bus to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a high level of safety
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle bus
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with passengers and respond to inquiries or concerns in a professional manner

Skills:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License with Passenger and Air Brake endorsement
- Proven experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, or similar roles
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for passengers
