IPS - Rubbercraft (RCC) is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is primarily responsible for working with a designated Key Account Manager (KAM). The CSR – KAM Support will support the KAM by responding to all day-to-day customer inquiries. With the direction of the KAM, they will review and research problems driving them to resolution. CSR – KAM Support has the primary responsibility for the accuracy of all sales orders, customer documentation, and customer complaints while maintaining a high level of customer experience.

Education: Requires a High School Diploma/GED or appropriate certifications may be substituted to meet educational requirements only. College Degree preferred.
Years’ Experience: Requires two (2) yearsofCustomer Service experience in a manufacturing environment, Aerospace is preferred.
