- Manage company's computer & network infrastructure and related areas of concern (i.e. phone, printers, etc.).
- Manage resources and processes required to design, plan, and support all information products and services.
- Manage network, IT security, and software platforms used by the agency.
- Maintain, manage, troubleshoot and upgrade computer systems and servers for optimal performance and security related issues.
- Coordinate the setup of data services, as well as phones, computers, etc.
- Prepare, maintain and update IT procedures and documentation related to agency processes, platforms and operations.
- Provide end user support for 40 staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Working Knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Dynamics SL
- Skype for Business
- Datto
- LogMeln
- SonicWall firewall
- Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam devices
- On-site & virtual servers
