Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Representative located in Jackson, MS. The Construction Representative will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, managing contracts, and handling inspections and submittals.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Construction Safety, and Contract Management
- Experience in inspection and handling submittals
- Knowledge of construction industry and regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field experience
- OSHA 10 or 30 (If not currently held we can get you the training needed)
- CPR First aid
- NFPA 70e
