One of our clients is looking for a Technical Program Manager, to drive large enterprise initiatives that directly impact how our business operates and scales. You will use your product mindset leading programs that revolve around the digital transformation for Sales, Marketing, Finance and other areas.

The role requires strong cross functional collaboration with Business Operations teams, CIO teams and third-party vendors, to drive the business outcomes from technology transformation programs. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT and Business Operations professional who is able to wear multiple hats and work on several projects in parallel. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly switch gears between different tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage their time wisely, while being comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

This is an incredible opportunity to help build an Enterprise Program Management function with high visibility amongst senior leadership. This position reports to the Director, IT Strategy and Operations who reports to our CIO.

This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be in the office at least 3 days each week.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage complex projects and programs to achieve business outcomes. Develop project justification proposals, business cases and return on investment estimates; obtain executive approval and funding.

Prepare and Drive business operating processes to inform senior leadership of current project trends, socialize risks and drive decisions as necessary.

Craft and implement comprehensive release plans that minimize downtime and disruptions, ensuring smooth transitions for IT applications.

Orchestrate release activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align release schedules, resolve dependencies, and mitigate potential risks.

Document release processes, procedures, and metrics, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.

Develop and maintain key project governance documentation to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied to enable project success.

Define and Champion end to end change strategies and plans that support the business goals of strategic programs to minimize disruption and increase adoption across business and technical functions.

Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to project, management, and senior executive teams.

Drive future state business process definition with key stakeholders and align it prior to implementation.

Partner with external vendors/system implementors to hold them accountable for their service delivery.

Work with IT leads to define and manage business processes and technology roadmaps in support of long-term organization strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems or a related degree.

A minimum of 6 years of Program Management leadership experience setting priorities and driving for results.

Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at the executive leadership level

Experience working with Scrum teams to deliver custom developed software products. Familiar with Agile practices such as iterative development, incremental delivery, and test-driven development.

Experience managing end-to-end sales, marketing and finance digital transformation programs, such as CPQ, ERP systems etc.

Strong influencing skills and overall partnership and collaboration.

Stellar communication skills. Ability to convey messages with simplicity and clarity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to combine attention to detail with big picture perspective.

Tolerant of ambiguity and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
