Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experience full time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of our facilities and equipment, ensuring smooth operations. Experience with HVAC and refrigeration a MUST.
Duties:
- Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, ice machines, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure optimal performance of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and cleaning to avoid unexpected equipment failures and ensure longevity of systems.
- Carry out general maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
