Men and women are equally encouraged to apply. **Job Summary:** As a Parts Specialist at Rudig Jensen Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and ABRA Auto Body & Glass, you will play a crucial role in our team by providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the availability of parts for automotive repairs. **Duties:** - Utilize organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels. - Apply retail math principles to price parts accurately and maximize sales. - Assist in automotive repair processes by identifying and sourcing necessary parts. - Manage inventory efficiently to meet customer demands and minimize delays in service. - Utilize sales skills to promote parts and accessories to customers effectively. - Collaborate with the market team to identify trends and optimize stock levels. - Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers. - Contribute to vehicle maintenance by ensuring the availability of required parts. - Apply mathematical skills to calculate costs, discounts, and profits related to parts. - Ensure proper stocking procedures are followed to maintain an organized parts department. **Experience:** - Previous experience in automotive repair or parts management is preferred. - Proficiency in inventory management systems is beneficial. - Strong knowledge of stock procedures and best practices. - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on meeting customer needs. - Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing accuracy. Pay: $17.00 - $19.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
