Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic individual eager to join our rapidly expanding Sales team and poised to advance within the department as we continue to grow. Beyond a strong interest in sales, we seek someone deeply committed to empowering nonprofit organizations, driven by the desire to see them succeed. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of sales opportunity generation, pipeline management, strategic outreach, and fostering lasting relationships.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive business/sales development efforts to proactively generate new opportunities for our sales team.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads to facilitate discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to design and implement tailored outreach campaigns.
  • Utilize HubSpot to meticulously track and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring efficient progress.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Galaxy Digital's product line and our customer support strategies, becoming a trusted expert in our offerings and value proposition.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Prior success in conducting inbound and/or outbound sales development, with a focus on generating opportunities for a sales team. Previous experience as a BDR/SDR in the tech sales realm is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding activity targets related to calls, emails, and meetings. Proficiency in utilizing outreach videos, email sequences, and pitch decks is valued.
  • Strong familiarity with Sales CRM tools is required, and experience with HubSpot is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated dedication and work ethic, showcased through personal achievements or professional accomplishments.
  • History of effective networking and quickly establishing rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are imperative.
  • Knowledge or experience in volunteer management or nonprofit administration is beneficial.
  • A B.A./B.S. degree is preferred.

Pay Structure & Benefits

  • Anticipate earning over $55,000 in your first year with us.
  • Enjoy a competitive annual base salary of $40,000, supplemented by an uncapped variable compensation plan totaling $15,000 or more annually.
  • We provide ample resources and unwavering support to empower your success—because your achievements drive ours!

Our benefits package includes:

  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance after 90 days of employment
  • 401(k) after 90 days of employment
  • Unlimited vacation after 90 days of employment and 9 paid holidays

Our Hiring Process

  • This position will remain open until filled; online applications will be reviewed weekly. For this position, we are hiring one person to fulfill all duties listed.
  • Selected candidates will be emailed by our Director of People Operations to schedule initial interviews.
  • The initial interview will be a virtual meeting with members of the Sales Development team.
  • Those selected to move on to the second round of virtual interviews will meet other Sales team members, including the directors and manager of the sales development representative team.
  • Based on the competitiveness of the hiring process, a third virtual interview may be scheduled with our CEO or other company stakeholders.
