What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering inbound calls from retail customers and dealers

• Selling customers the parts they need for their vehicles

• Exploring new opportunities to generate more sales

• Entering customer estimates and invoices through our ERP system

• Addressing customer concerns/issues before, during and after the sale

• Providing in depth technical support for all products that we sell

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3 years of sales experience

• Automotive experience preferred

• Good computer skills

• Ability to think critically with strong analytical skills

• Strong prioritization and time management skills

• Business acumen with superior communication skills

• Commitment, accountability and great attitude
