**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Must love working in a small business, boutique atmosphere - and must love kids!
**Responsibilties:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote sales and special promotions to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to stock, organize, and display merchandise effectively
- Knowledge of childrens clothing is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
