Responsibilities

• Entering data
• Entering Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Credit Memos
• Tracking inventory and following up on receiving invoices for merchandise received.
• Contacting vendors regarding any damaged merchandise or backordered merchandise
• Organizing and filing office paperwork
• Tracking project materials for construction management projects

Skills

• Proven working experience with Quickbooks
• Expertise in office administration and data entry
• Proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Adobe, and Keynote
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills'
• 'Financial Duties: Invoicing customers
• Handling accounts payable and receivable
