Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of decorative and functional building products. Our Nashville branch, where we do business as Warren Brothers Sash and Door, is our largest and sells primarily millwork products. We will be relocating to Lebanon in October.

We are growing and seeking a Receiving Associate!

Position: The Receiving associate organizes and tracks daily inbound shipments and aids in providing total customer satisfaction. You will work primarily in our Warehouse and assist in receiving product from vendors and staging and managing shipments to stock for sale.

Your Day-to-Day: to excel in this role, you will need to...

• Process tickets for warehouse receiving
• Communicate professionally with team members
• Work with inbound scheduling, purchasing and warehouse teams to make sure resources are available to receive material from our vendors
• Work with receiving and warehouse teams to verify accuracy of inbound material
• Use tools like scanners, labels and printed receiving documents to make sure material is received accurately and timely
• Develop processes, spreadsheets, and procedures to maximize productivity and location accuracy
• Maintain customer communications and coordinate logistics in various projects and assignments
• Proactively stay informed of daily happenings and potential adjustments
• Restock material during times when receiving isn’t necessary
• Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

• Strong physical stamina – this role requires a lot of physical activity. You will routinely lift and carry products from 75-100 lbs weight with a helper.
