Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 29 branches throughout the United States. We primarily sell lumber products for our customers to make beautiful things and build happiness.

Position: We are looking for a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, load and distribute promptly to our customers. You will be responsible for mostly warehouse work, occasionally using your CDL to deliver product to customers.

Your Day-to-Day: to excel in this role, you will need to...

• Use a forklift to load and unload product from our vendors and customers
• Potentially load and unload your truck, depending on the customer.
• Utilize your CDL B license to deliver product to our customers throughout the local area.
• Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
• Occasionally lift heavy products to store, remove from storage, or load onto a truck.

• You are reserved and thoughtful, serious with people, but like to perform familiar, routine tasks. Ideally, you have experience in both warehouse and delivery, with a valid CDL B or CDL A and DOT medical card.
• You are disciplined in your work ethic, and like to focus on high quality, detailed work based on standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• You prefer precise, consistent work which requires patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time.
• You like structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers, yet understand that most knowledge is achieved by on-the-job training.
• You prefer steady, methodical work output so that jobs can be completed on time and error-free.
• This role is a Safety Sensitive position, subject to routine drug screening.
