- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Provide information about services offered, pricing, and scheduling availability
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
- Listen attentively to customer needs and ensure accurate understanding of their requirements
- Schedule appointments efficiently, taking into account customer preferences and technician availability
- Update and maintain appointment schedules and customer records in the database
- Communicate effectively with technicians to coordinate appointments and ensure timely service delivery
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide any necessary reminders or instructions
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service delivery
- Hours vary based on the assigned shift but our phones are on Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and Saturdays from 9-2
- You must be willing to work the occasional Saturday in a rotating schedule with the rest of the team--about once a month
