Responsibility

• Operate and conduct THD and HD Supply account business on-board and delivery, including vendor set up, item set up, PO acknowledge, product sales performance monitor.
• THD and HD Supply PO delivery, input PO into the company CRM system, schedule product shipment plan, complete product delivery to customer with cooperate with 3PL, payment collection and etc.
• Identifies sales issues, develops possible solutions, and resolves as appropriate.
• Customer service and complaint management.
• Follow up with customer feedback, reply to customer review.
• Customer product insight and/or characteristics improvement on THD.COM, HDS.COM and etc.
• Product sales review with THD sales rep., support with store visit for improve product proposal.
• Monitor customer sales performance to keep improving internal sales forecast for more productive inventory with 3PL.
• 3PL inventory management, stock report, stock-taking, stock receiving, product return and defective, and 3PL charges and payments.
• Manage the stock PO, delivery lead-time and inventory performance with 3PL, provide and issue replacement inventory purchase PO to oversea factory on-time to ensure the fill rate and delivery to customer.
• Support sales rep with new project, including sample, product picture, store visit and documentation and etc.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of THD and HD Supply account operation experience
• Strong understanding of the domestic supply model with THD, including vendor set up, item set up, drop-shipment, fulfilment, inline, online and DC PO delivery.
• Strong understanding of the retail SOS operation and can manage and handle the PO process between the factory in China, the fulfillment supplier, and THD.
• Experience with THD and HD Supply sales analysis, store MST sales review, ability to help monitor and improve sales at THD, and improve domestic supply (including inventory level, purchase from China factory, lead-time and etc.).
• Good at Sales report, analysis, forecast, trend and assortment study. Good at inventory management.
• Experience W/ 3PL operation and cooperation.
• Experience or acknowledge w/ SAP, CRM system operation.
