FedEx Ground is a leading provider of small-package ground delivery services. We are dedicated to delivering packages to our customers promptly and reliably. Our team in Joplin, MO, is expanding, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join us in servicing the beautiful San Luis Valley area.

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages to our customers in Joplin and the surrounding areas. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle

- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to customers

- Follow designated routes and delivery schedules throughout Alamosa and the San Luis Valley

- Ensure packages are delivered accurately and in excellent condition

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

- Maintain delivery logs and records

- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with the Alamosa and San Luis Valley area is a plus

- Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred but not required

PAY & BENEFITS

Weekly Pay - Starting at $18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour (depending on experience)

Full-time and part-time positions available
