**Job Summary:**

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fargo, ND. As an AdministrativeAccounting Assistant, you will perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support the office operations. Your responsibilities will include managing reception activities, answering and directing phone calls, handling correspondence, managing files and documents, assisting with accounting tasks such as data entry and invoice processing, and providing general administrative support.

**Duties:**

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records

- Answer and direct phone calls and walk-in customers as necessary

- Generalized administrative support

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Familiarity with front desk operations

- Customer support and customer service experience

- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong organizational skills

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proofreading abilities
