With locations in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, Forum Communications Printing addresses commercial printing and mailing needs with our high-quality print and mail solutions. Services include magazine, catalog, book, and tradeshow printing, brochures, direct mailers, postcards, variable data printing, statements, glossy inserts, annual reports, fulfillment, first class mail pick-up, and print & digital publications.
SUMMARY
Greet and assist walk in and phone customers, provide support to all departments as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
- Greet and direct walk-in guests.
- Answer or redirect queries from the public and customers.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry.
- Employee Timesheets, edit and reconcile.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Insert and mail checks and invoices, email invoices to customers.
- Process and post daily Cash Receipts.
- Accounts Receivable Billing.
- Accounts Payable Invoice data entry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages.
- Must have solid general computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office and Google.
