Job Description
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Courier Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the timely dispatch of couriers and ensuring that packages are delivered accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming orders and dispatch couriers to designated locations.
- Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of packages.
- Monitor courier routes and provide real-time updates to clients regarding delivery status.
- Address any issues or delays in delivery and implement solutions to resolve them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery times, and recipient information.
- Communicate effectively with clients, couriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of efficient dispatching procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics is a plus.
- Minimum 1 Year proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively.

Compensation
Starting at $19.00, based upon experience.
