Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Cleveland, Ohio client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Senior Vice President, Development position. Our client’s work portfolio has grown substantially, and they are looking for entrepreneurial people who can grow with them.

Primary responsibilities of the job include:
· Real estate development and construction in design/build construction industry
· Overseeing real estate development, risk mitigation, and budgets
· Be accountable for projects from pre-construction through close-out
A successful candidate will possess the following:
· 10-15 years direct experience in development and industrial construction
· Ability to work collaboratively across all departments
· Must have experience with multi-million-dollar projects
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
· Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: $175-225K
