Who we're looking for:
A High School diploma/GED equivalent. College education or occupational training is a plus
Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
Strong cognitive and technical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a fast paced work environment
High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
Ability to lift 25-35 pounds, kneel down, and stand for long periods of time
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
40 Hours a week.
Valid state-issued driver's license
What you would do:
Manage people, store operations and store environment to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction and profitability goals and maintain operational standards
Finding and hiring great team members - Creating a great team and keeping them happy is a key to success
Coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
Solve Mechanical issues including Airline's leaking, Water leaks, Electrical shorts, and Hydraulic leaks.
Solve Computer malfunctions including servers, terminals, software, and hardware.
Solve Customer issues including service complaints and damage claims.
Solve Employee issues including hiring, motivation, following policy and procedure, discipline, scheduling, complaints, and team building.
Having an eye for detail and looking for potential problems before they occur.
Inspect and ensure all cars coming out of the wash tunnel are clean, shiny and dry - Quality and consistency is what makes success
Maintain all equipment including wash equipment, nozzles, sprayers, soaps, auto sentries - Perform first line repairs, if possible. Call and ensure techs complete all other repairs
Serve as the main contact with repair technicians, suppliers, employees and customers.
Ensure entire facility is orderly at all times including wash, vacuum stalls, equipment room, restrooms and offices and that preventative maintenance is always done
Check daily inventory of parts and soaps, anticipate usage and order as necessary.
Think of and try out creative ways to increase sales and keep costs in line. Being a self-starter and self-motivated will propel you to greatness, rewards and satisfaction for yourself and your team.
