Responsibilities
- Assist with various tasks involved in landscape construction projects, such as:
- Excavation and grading
- Installing pavers, patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Laying sod and installing irrigation systems
- Hauling and placing materials (mulch, gravel, stone)
- Operating light machinery (may require additional training)
- Maintaining a clean and organized worksite
- Follow instructions from the Foreman and senior crew members, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficient project completion.
- Learn and perform various construction techniques, expanding your skillset.

- No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
