About the Role: The Strategic Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of Russell Landscape. You will work closely with the CFO and executive leadership to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting while driving mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity. Your work will directly impact the company's growth trajectory, supporting our vision to expand through strategic acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): As a Strategic Finance Manager, you will develop and implement financial planning processes, manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and create sophisticated financial models to guide strategic decisions. 2. Strategic Financial Management: You will provide financial guidance to senior leadership, evaluating investment proposals, overseeing accounting initiatives, and optimizing cash flow. 3. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): You’ll manage an active M&A pipeline, participating in due diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning to help Russell Landscape grow through acquisition.

What You Bring: - 5 years of finance experience, ideally in corporate FP&A, private equity, investment banking or management consulting. - Strong financial modeling skills and experience with M&A transactions. - CPA/CFA certification, with a Finance, Economics, or Accounting degree. - You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy managing multiple high-priority projects.
