Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Ability to work well in a team environment and assist colleagues when needed
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and staff
- Experience in food service, catering, or banquet settings is a plus
