A day in the life…
The Production Supervisor has a direct role in the chocolate production process from beginning to end. They are responsible for ensuring each piece of candy that comes out of our facility is "Only the Finest" quality that our customers have grown to expect. You will make sure the appropriate products are produced in the quantities required, ensuring high standards for quality at the lowest possible cost while maintaining a safe work environment. It is your responsibility to directly supervise more than 30 team members at any given time.
