As the Sales Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging data to create, implement, deploy, and monitor go-to market sales strategies in partnership with Marketing. Sales strategies will be focused on Sales Controllables, which consist of merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving initiatives. In this role you must be experienced in Sales or Category. Strong analytical skill set for building insight driven selling stories capable of delivering top-line growth, distribution, and market share. You will focus on seasonal and everyday confection in traditional and nontraditional CPG customers. You must be a success driven individual with proven Sales Leadership or Category Management experience. As the ideal candidate, you must be a strong decision maker and work well in a fast-paced cross functional work environment.What you will be doing…
