What are we looking for in our Operations Specialist?

A U.S. regional bank holding company is looking to hire an Operations Specialist.

Location : Remote, Green Bay, WI

Pay : $20 / hourly

Contract : 2 Months

Hours : 1 : 45 pm-10 : 15 pm CT

Responsibilities

• Receive / review incoming work, prioritize accordingly and contact appropriate resources as needed to meet SLAs.
• Minimize risk by following all regulations and rules pertaining to operational area and report deficiencies to leadership.
• Assist in the development and presentation of training.
• Escalate suspected fraud to Financial Intelligence Department and leadership for resolution.
• Enter transactions into PC, verify accuracy; and balance general ledger accounts / applications.
• Resolve complex customer issues using multiple resources and records.
• Perform fast, effective, accurate, and courteous service to customers and banks.
• Prepare, edit, distribute, and / or correct specialized and / or complex documents.
• Provide regular reports on customer feedback and trends in problems or situations involving various product activities.
• Review processes and procedures for accuracy and efficiency opportunities and recommend to leadership, as applicable.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, or related field
• 3 years of Banking, Financial Services or Operations Experience
