What are we looking for in our Program Manager Tech 3?

Location: Remote (must meet PST core hours)
Pay Range: $55/hr. - $65/hr. W2 DOE
Duration: 6 months contract on W2 (Possible extension or conversion)

The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top technology organization that has an opening for a remote Technology Program Manager .

Typical Day in the Role

• Purpose of the Team: The team is a engineering team, which are responsible for managing daily builds, the infrastructure behind it, code flow, and security aspects.
• Key projects: Engineering Build Systems Team: Managing daily builds, infrastructure, code flow, security aspects, and potentially fixing related issues. This team also handles security work, manages queries and deliverables, and may assist in running engineering spaces

Top 3 Hard Skills Required Years of Experience

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
2. Minimum 4 years’ experience with GitHub
3. Minimum 5 years’ experience with Angular 9/ migration project

MUST Have

ADO or equivalent PM experience tracking deliverables/dependencies cross-team.

Experience working in a continuous delivery service model space (engineering/build is best), incl things like Jenkins, ADO, GitHub, etc.

Angular 9..and migration project

NICE to Have

Scrum master experience

React

TYPES OF WORK

Compliance updates/component governance updates in repos as needed (dep language but probably Angular and/or React)

TPM and shiproom/build support

Scrum master for kanban board, tracking down status, etc.
