Job Description:

• Provides strategic direction for pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product ordering, availability, and delivery.
• Duties will vary as required including data entry, basic reporting, phone calls, emails.
• Preparing basic reports and assisting customers with pre-delivery and post- sales such as order entry, order status, expedite delivery, price and availability, and limited technical support.

Skills:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to work with a team and independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organized and attention to detail.
• Familiarization with Salesforce is a plus.
• May involve overtime.
