Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Contract: 1 Year possible extension.
Pay rate: $28 – 30/19hr on W2
Responsibilities
- Creates invoices and credit memos from business requests and interacts with requestors to ensure proper processing and distribute to customer.
- Acts as the key point of contact for Accounts Receivable inquiries/disputes.
- Coordinating and clear cash receipts and ensure their correct accounting and reconciliation through to the GL.
- Provide AR statements and communicates regularly with the customer to ensure payments are made on or before due date.
- Communicates accurate status of accounts with associated Business Units and others.
- Maintain credit management system.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields or Associates with sufficient experience
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Must be a US Citizen
Preferred:
- Prior billing experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Knowledge of US Government (invoicing)
