Our client is one of Dallas - Forth Worth leading Commercial GCs and boast a project portfolio that includes clients within the Multifamily, Senior Living, K-12, Municipal sectors.

What you'll do:
• Report directly to Superintendent over your project
• Knowledge of plans and specs
• Assist Superintendent with project responsibilities
• Project start up and mobilization
• Drafting RFI’s
• Posting of all drawings
• As-Built
• Scheduling
• Organize & direct Subcontractors
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Quality Control
• Organize files, plans & shop drawings
• Oversee punch list completion
• Follows and enforces all safety guidelines to ensure a safe jobsite
• Assist Superintendent with daily reports
• Assist in O.A.C. Meetings
• Other tasks as assigned

Must Haves:
• 2 years of experience in Multifamily / Senior Living / K-12 / Municipal (can be any of these projects) working for a general contractor.
What We Offer:
• Base Range: 60-100K
• Auto: 600 monthly
• Bonus: 5% of base
• Christmas Pay: 1 weeks grossed up check (provided at Christmas party)
• 401K: 7% (3% Safe Harbor, 4% matching contributions)
• Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, life additional voluntary life available
• PTO: 15 Days
• Paid Holidays: 10 Days
