We are looking for a PM with a background in civil engineering and construction to join a well-established GC with projects ranging from roadwork to site development. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience managing large scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that include project objectives, scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget
• Develop project estimates and proposals based on scope and requirements
• Procure necessary materials, subcontractors, and equipment
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project reports.
• Coordinate and allocate resources including manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, milestones, and changes in scope or schedule.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5 years) as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in software including HCSS (HeavyBid, HeavyJob), BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
