Russell Tobin Associates is currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support one of the largest financial services organizations in the US. Apply today!

Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour | Pending Experience

Duration: 3-Month Contract | Potential To Extend

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 30hrs/week

Location: ONSITE | CINCINNATI, OH

Responsibilities :

  • Cover phones and manage front desk duties, including mail handling and check logging.
  • Order supplies, stationery, manage licensing, and handle expense reports.
  • Assist advisors with basic administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support the Operations Leader with branch event planning and execution.
  • Participate in the OAR project.
  • Confirm attendance of wholesalers, order lunch, and take attendance at branch meetings.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Handle advertising tasks and send invitations for regional webinars on behalf of the branch.

General Duties :

  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual.
  • Perform tasks such as typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, and financial record-keeping.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Obtain and manage supplies.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with MS Office is required.

Qualifications :

  • 0-2 years of prior administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
