Responsibilities
- Manage projects from cradle to grave.
- Create RFQ and purchase orders.
- Report to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5 years of commercial construction experience with projects exceeding $5M
- Software: Procore and Primavera P6.
- Established relationships and knowledge of subcontractors in the NC market.
- Organizational and communication skills.
