What are we looking for in our Enrollment Record Specialist I?
Russell Tobin's client, a leading health insurance company is hiring an Enrollment Record Specialist at Phoenix, AZ (Remote)Apply Now!Employment Type: Contract/RemoteLocation: Phoenix, AZ (Remote local candidates)Pay range: $16/hr - $18/hr Job Description: Responsible for establishing and maintaining group account records, including demographic data, rates, benefits, and broker commissions. Duties include online coding of enrollment transactions, data entry, and updating reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process enrollment transactions, enter rate and benefit information, and ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Verify group paperwork, coordinate with various departments, and handle complex group implementations.
  • Release general ledger transactions and system holds for all levels.
  • Back up team leads, verify billing accuracy, and maintain quality control.
  • Release transactions, train staff, and assist with system updates and problem resolution.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency with office equipment, PC, and data entry.
    • Ability to type >35 wpm with
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills and confidentiality.Education and Experience:
    • Required: High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of data entry or marketing experience.
    • Preferred: 1 year of bookkeeping experience.
