American multinational technology company is looking to hire a contract HR Generalist!

Contract: 10 Months

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $25-30/hourly

Responsibilities:

• Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.
• Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.
• Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.
• May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
• Supports employees in various areas
• Must Be able to have effective conversations with managers and help them through processes they may need.
• Be able to have hard conversations with managers if needed on why they can or cannot do something.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in HR
• Must have an Understanding on managing compensation, benefits, payroll.
• Must have experience in investigations (harassment claims, retaliation claims, unprofessional conduct claims)
• 2-4 years of HR experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce, MS Office (outlook, excel, word), one note.
