Employment Type: Contract
Location: New York, NY
Pay rate: $23.99 to $26.99/hr.
Shift: 9:00am to 6:00pm
The role involves managing transportation, logistics, distribution, and warehousing for Tour, eCommerce, and Retail. Key responsibilities include coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing warehousing functions, and supporting logistics operations. The role requires effective communication with logistics partners and cross-departmental collaboration.
Job Functions
- Provide logistics support for various channels (D2C, Tour, Retail).
- Coordinate end-to-end inbound and outbound goods processes.
- Support logistics operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Confirm tracking, packing lists, and PODs for deliveries.
- Ensure timely deliveries and manage shipment scheduling.
- Create commercial invoices and international documentation.
- Report on logistics metrics and ensure vendor compliance.
- Purchase supplies, foster vendor relationships, and manage inventory.
- Cross-train across the operations team and handle special projects.
Job Requirements
Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, consumer products, retail operations, or e-commerce preferred.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
- Experience with order management, customer service, and data management.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
Languages:
- English (Speak, Read, Write)
