Partner Marketing Manager (Marketing Assistant)
Contract: 1 year
Pay rate: 8,500 - 9,000/month

Responsibilities
- Create short and long-term full-funnel marketing plans for retail partners across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop a marketing mix focusing on omnichannel innovation and maximizing ROI.
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to retail partners, building credibility and jointly creating marketing plans.
- Collaborate and drive co-marketing campaigns involving ingredient and hardware/device partners.
- Influence conversion both in-store and online through seamless shopper journeys.
- Build brand advocates among retail sellers through training, evangelism, and community engagement.
- Activate eCommerce sales through digital marketing excellence, connected storefronts, and mobile-first execution.
- Optimize in-store presence by maintaining and enhancing shop-in-shop programs.
- Differentiate company from the competition by building connected product stories that are locally relevant.
- Conduct partner capability assessments to identify key opportunities and develop relationship strategies.
- Promote a culture of integrity and compliance, where trust and transparency are core to all decisions.
- Deliver against timelines, manage investments, and achieve KPI/budget targets while capitalizing on innovation opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency and a deep understanding of the customer, competitive, and marketing landscape.
- Drive the creation and review of monthly and quarterly feedback/reporting to support regular business milestones.
- Analyze performance and results of marketing activities to identify opportunities.
- Assess partner capabilities to create competitive strategies.
- Incorporate key insights from accounts to drive informed marketing action plans.
- Foster a culture of learning, encouraging tests and trials to advance marketing execution.
- Four-year college degree or relevant work experience in the retail sector.
- 3 years of relevant experience in Retail/Channel Marketing/Marketing/Retail Sales.
- Proven success in marketing and execution planning, particularly in Retail Marketing with Consumer Technology products.
- Expertise in building integrated partner marketing plans and campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines.
- Experience interfacing with partners and a proven track record in delivering growth/performance metrics.
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital and physical buying journey (omnichannel) and expertise in sales channels and commerce platforms.
- Demonstrated excellence in marketing execution and ROI through planning, operations, creative execution, readiness, and analytics/insights.
- Experience in new product launches.
- Proficiency in marketing budget management.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and rapid change, demonstrating agility and risk-taking.
- Deep understanding of the customer, competitive, and marketing landscape.
- Strong analytical skills to drive marketing actions based on insights.
- Creative and operational excellence in evolving and sustaining marketing strategies.
- Passion for inclusivity and collaboration with high-performing sales, category, and marketing teams
