What are we looking for in our Medical Scheduler - Bilingual Spanish and English - REMOTE?
Our client is looking for a Bilingual English/Spanish Medical Scheduler to join their team with one of the largest healthcare corporations remotely.
Location: REMOTE
Contract: 1 year
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 /hr depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Sunday - 5 days and flexible to work 8 hour shift between 9:00am - 9:00pm EST = 40 hours per week
As a Customer Care Representative you will respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, web chat and digital channels (including online, mobile & IVR) in a cross functional Contact Center. This person will be responsible for:

• Telephone customer service
• Scheduling medical appointments
• Follow scripting tools, enter data as required, accurately
• Adhere to scheduled hours

Requirements:

• 2 years of medical scheduling experience
• Friendly and compassionate
• Detail oriented
• Follow scripting/directions/schedule
